Over the last few seasons, Moment team athlete Carston Oliver has been developing his own personal pro model. He’s obsessed. Sometime in the fall, he’ll make the eight-hour drive from Utah to our Sparks, Nevada factory, crash on the couch for a few days while we help him tweak the design and press out prototypes, and then he’ll head home, with a short stack of the latest version for testing. This year, with Carston’s blessing, we decided to offer a limited release of what he’s dubbed the Chipotle Banana. Don’t be fooled by its cartoon topsheet graphic and fat, friendly shape—this is not your typical powder ski.
